- Yellow — Moderate Risk: The roof has reached a stage where repairs or replacement should be considered. Most homeowners replace their roof during this stage, which can range from low to high risk. Similar to tires on a vehicle, the longer you wait, the greater the likelihood of future issues.
- Red — Past Due: Action should already have been taken. The roof may be accumulating hidden costs or experiencing active failures due to delayed replacement or repairs.
